| Alien Skin Software is not a normal company. Sure, we like money. Send us as much as you want. But our most important goal is to enjoy our lives. Since we spend way the hell too much time working, we try to find ways to make work fun. We treat people like we want to be treated. Inside the company, that results in profit sharing, flexible hours, and health insurance. We treat each other as equals, even if one of us is the CEO and the other is a shipping clerk. We apply this to our customers too. We don't release software when we know it still has bugs and we don't claim that it is great unless reviewers say so (which they usually do). |
