For CAM to successfully create a new museum it must focus on two major activities: 1) create an organizational infrastructure based on best practices in the industry and 2) design a museum that is inclusive and reflects the entire community, has education at the core of everything it does, programs through partnerships and collaborations, and positively impact the Triangle region.
