As a CPA I have training in accounting, auditing, and taxation. As Chief Financial Officer, I have experience in mergers and acquisitions, administration, human resources, information technology, strategic planning, and managing large groups of employees. Partly because of this broad experience, I have been able to assist attorneys in matters related to both businesses and individuals. I became a Certified Valuation Analyst in 1997 to better serve the needs of business owners and attorneys. Many of my clients are individuals. I assist them with income tax preparation and planning. I counsel them on the financial impact of major life changes such as divorce and retirement. I enjoy my clients and am committed to providing all of them excellent personal service.
