Our mission is to hand craft the finest beers of their respective style. When you drink any of our beers, you will immediately notice how tasty and well balanced they are. All of our beers start with a fantastic "nose." They are very complex with flavors of rich malted barley providing a light sweetness, well balanced with generous proportions of hops. The mouthfeel is a pleasing medium bodied richness and the finish is fantastic, with absolutely no off flavors. Our brewmaster, Bradley Wynn, is truly at the top of his game and is as knowledgable, and focused on product quality as anyone in this business. Brad loves beer and cares so much about his craft, and it shows.
