The International Visitors Council World Affairs Council is an independent, non-partisan organization that promotes understanding of world affairs, citizen-to-citizen diplomacy, and the recognition of North Carolina as an international center of education, culture and business. The International Visitors Council / World Affairs Council (IVC / WAC) of Research Triangle Park is a nonprofit, 501(C) 3 organization that fulfills its mission by planning itineraries for visiting international dignitaries and professionals and by hosting a series of events that bring seasoned, high profile speakers to the Triangle community.
