Our mission is to provide opportunities for leaders and their teams to define, achieve, and sustain success. Dana Jennings and her team accomplish this through leadership coaching and consulting. In founding Jennings Earnhardt, LLC in 2002, Ms. Jennings added to her hard earned on-the-job experience and skills by completing certification through The Center for Creative Leadership, The Highlands Company, and qualification in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She has also done additional training in leadership coaching through the specialized coaching program at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (now run through Duke University).
