A native of Raleigh, Dr. Noah received his undergraduate degree in physics for NCSU before attending medical school at Bowman Gray. Following surgical internship, his residency training was at the Medical College of Virginia. After serving as the Navy's last ophthalmologist in Vietnam, Dr. Noah returned to Raleigh, where he has practiced for over 25 years, with special interests in cataract and oculoplastic surgery.
