At first the apartment complex seems like a great place to live but it's NOT! I've only been here for 3 months and after the first month things went down hill. The bathrooms are not well kept, the ground level apartments have HUGE bugs, and a lot of them too! Kids hang around the ground level apartments during the day smoking, drinking, and doing inappropriate things thinking no one's home and or watching. This has happened many times right outside of my door. There is trash everywhere and only one trash bin which is at the other side of the complex therefore taking the trash out is a major hassle. Might I add that the lazy people here NEVER push the button to compact that trash making the trash build up, and sometimes overflow onto the ramp leading up to the trash bin. Yeah, the rent may be "cheep" but the money you save in rent, you spend in fixing the things people steal off of your car. On average there is something stolen off of my car about twice a month.
