Summit operates hotels, restaurants, and pharmacies in Raleigh, Charlotte, Wilmington, and Fayetteville under management contract. We have developed, built, and operated over 40 hotels in seven states throughout our region. Operating hotels include a Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, two Fairfield Inns, four Residence Inns, the historic Dunhill Hotel in uptown Charlotte, and the Crabtree Courtyard, formaly the Crabtree Summit in Raleigh's Crabtree Valley. Summit currently operates the East Village Grill in Raleigh, NC.
