Welcome to the Customer Service Center (CSC) for the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources. The CSC is a single source of information for all of the Department's programs. Through its 1-STOP permit assistance program, the CSC helps customers determine what environmental permits they need for a particular project as well as permit decision timelines. The CSCīs Small Business Ombudsman/Assistance Program helps small businesses understand and comply with environmental requirements and resolve environmental problems.
