Kelly and her father, Ken, have acquired the business that Pat Cross made such a success. Due to health issues, Pat has had to take a step back and has entrusted the Werners to keep the business thriving. Pat is still actively involved in the business however, due to her health problems, her involvement is more on a consulting basis. "I talk to her more now than I did when we were in the office together every day" says Kelly. And "keep the business thriving" is just what Kelly and Ken have done. The WernerCross team was awarded the RE/MAX Chairman's Club Award for 2004. This is the highest recognition a RE/MAX agent can attain.
